Honey lemon cauliflower

This a great accompaniment to a roast and can be cooked in the oven at the same time as the roast. The tart lemon and sweet honey almost pickle this cauliflower while the heat softens it. It’s even better the next day once the flavor has soaked into florets. 1 small head cauliflower florets separated

Ingredients

  • 1 small head cauliflower (florets separated)
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds whole
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary fresh needles seperated.
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat over to 375 degrees F.
  2. Toss the ingredients together and put in a 9x9 baking dish and put in the the oven.
  3. Roast about 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes until the cauliflower is a golden brown color.
